Restauration

In the documentary "Restauration" the creators of "Svartedauen" and The "Slave ship" brings to life the Norwegian history of emigration. We start in 1825 with the sailing ship Restoration which brought a small group of Norwegians religious refugees over to the promised land under the leadership of Cleng Pearson. Then goes via the definitive mass emigration from 1865 and rounds of the bustling Norwegian colonial life in the Midwest during the 100-year celebration for Norwegian immigration in 1925.  Estimated launch 2025
